All clients with active subscriptions have access to the admin panel, where they can add or remove users, update payment information, view invoices, and create special offers using the Digital Signage Manager (this feature is only available for Pro and Custom accounts).
For accessing the admin panel, you should visit www.geostream.tv, then press the button “LOG IN” and use your email address and password to log in. If you have problems logging in, call us at (910) 777-7770 or email us at help@geostream.tv with your company name and address, and we will fix any problems related to the access to the admin panel.
To change the credit card, log in to your account, go to the Payments tab in the admin panel, enter your new card in the "Change Payment Info" and submit new credentials.

Yes. To upload your banners on the screens, they must have a resolution of 4K: 3840x2160. You can just download and assign advertising banners, just like any other content. This option is available for Pro and Custom plans.

If you are not interested in the content your visitors are supposed to see on the screens, don’t worry. Geo Stream TV was created with customers in mind. So, you have a variety of options to choose from. If you want to gain more control over the content, choose a special plan that is called “Create Your Own Channel”.
